You want to make your ICQ look really cool while you are chatting away? You can add a "skin", which is a set of graphics which change the look of ICQ. By doing this you can change the ICQ client to match your mood, your interests or perhaps your favorite movie.

Before you can do anything, you need to have installed ICQ and ICQ Plus.
