If you view a PDF file using Internet Explorer it has been downloaded in it's entirety from the web. You can search for the PDF files and save or view them if you want.

First, view the PDF file using your browser.

Example

Then run your computer's find utility to search for the PDF files.

Example

Once you find the PDF files you can right click to copy them wherever you want.

Note: On Windows 2000 if you want to search the Temporary Internet Files directory you will need to browse directly to that folder. Windows 2000 will not, by default, search this directory.
